How do you find testers so fast?
We maintain an active, vetted global tester network. The moment you submit a run, we match testers to your device, OS, and location requirements.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Your subscription covers your base testers, testing, tester management, and report generation. The only add-on cost is if you request more testers beyond your plan's base allocation ($3/extra tester per run).
Will this satisfy Google Play's 14-day requirement?
Yes. Every plan includes at least 12 opted-in testers — meeting Google Play's minimum requirement for the 14-day closed testing period.
What if a tester doesn't complete the test?
We over-provision testers for every run and only count the ones who complete the full flow. If we don't hit your requested number, the test run remains open.
How does the per-tester add-on work?
Each plan includes a base number of testers (12–20 depending on your plan). If you need more testers for a specific run, you can add as many as you need at $3/tester. The extra cost is charged as a one-time fee when you create the run.
Can I buy extra test runs?
Yes. If you've used all your monthly runs, you can purchase additional runs at $45 each, or buy a credit pack for better per-run pricing.
